Birth Doula Care
I am intensely passionate about supporting pregnant women and new mothers. As your doula I'll provide education and emotional support throughout your pregnancy. We'll explore your options for birth, what to expect and develop a birth plan. As a doula I work for YOU! I do not work for your provider or the place you have chosen to give birth. My goal is for you to have the birth YOU desire by being informed and empowered.​

Service Details

2-3 prenatal visits to get aquatinted, discuss preferences and fears and practice comfort measures.

Continuous labor support and 1-2 hours after birth

1-2 postpartum visits where we can recap your birth and discuss any newborn care questions you may have. I also offer breastfeeding support.

Text/ phone support thru pregnancy and thru the 4th trimester.
Reserving Your Due Date
I only take a limited number of clients so please contact me to reserve your date early. We can meet virtually or in person to ensure I am a good fit for you, review the contract and place your retainer fee. Once your retainer is paid I am your birth doula.
I feel every woman who wants birth support should have it so I offer several payment options: cash, HSA and some insurance plans including Medicaid. Please contact me to see if your plan is accepted.

Freeze-Dried
Breast Milk
Starting at $112.50

Multi use packs: ~20 ounce day packs $1.50/ounce

Single use packs: 4-6 ounce packs $1.60/ ounce

Pickup and delivery is calculated at $0.40 per mile

Freeze-drying breast milk is a fantastic way to extend its storage time while keeping all those valuable nutrients, probiotics, and immune-boosting benefits intact. Plus, it’s convenient if you’re traveling or need to have milk ready for other caregivers.

Another great perk? Freeze-drying inactivates the lipase enzyme from making the milk taste soapy, so your little one will really enjoy drinking it. It’s a perfect way to keep a stash of milk that your baby will love, and it frees up space in your freezer!

Drop-Off or Pickup: You can either drop off your milk or choose to have it picked up from you.

Processing: I'll weigh your milk, process it, and pack it into your choice of multi-use, single-use, or a mix of packages.

Return: Your milk will be returned to you via your chosen method within 3-5 days.

Placenta Encapsulation

Encapsulation only: $275
Placenta encapsulation might be worth considering if you’re looking for some extra support after birth. Many people find that it can help to increase energy and milk supply, balance hormones, and reduce baby blues. It may also help decrease postpartum bleeding and boost iron levels.

Placenta Pickup: We handle the collection of your placenta from your birth location.

Encapsulation Service: After sterilizing my workspace, your placenta is carefully prepared and encapsulated.

Delivery: Once the encapsulation is complete, we’ll deliver the capsules to you.
