My name is Lindsey. I am a nurse, a fiercely passionate doula, and a mother to three amazing children. I have known from very young age that my calling in life is to care for others. As an adult, I've spent nearly a decade supporting and caring for others, but the birth of my second child made me realize that my true passion is focused on women and their birth experiences.

I love to provide placenta encapsulation to those who are looking to receive the many benefits that the placenta may offer to mothers for their own postpartum healing, mood and supplemental nutrition.
Freeze Dried Breast Milk
Freeze drying preserves your breast milk long past when it could be safely stored in the freezer. Once dried, your milk is shelf-stable, easy to prepare, and retains the many benefits that breast milk offers!
